ELL 3 GW Alternative Market-Based Mechanism Process Solar RFP
Procurement Window 3

 Bidder Registration for Procurement Window 3 of the 3 GW Alternative Market-Based Mechanism Process Request for Proposals for Solar Photovoltaic Resources for Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL 3 GW Solar RFP”) will begin 8:00 a.m. CPT Monday, July 28, 2025 and will be available until 5:00 p.m. CPT Friday, August 1, 2025.

 The Bidder Registration Form and Agreement are attached. Please refer to Section 4.3 of the ELL 3 GW Solar RFP for more information on the Bidder Registration Process.

 Questions on the RFP can be submitted to the Bid Event Coordinator at ellrfp@entergy.com, copying the IM at MerrimackIM@merrimackenergy.com). Please review Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of the RFP Main Body before submitting questions.
