2026 ETI Combined Cycle Combustion Turbine Capacity and Energy RFP

Notice of Release of RFP Documents, Bidder Registration, and Bidders Conference

Texas Entergy, Inc. (“ETI”), has issued documents for the 2026 Request for Proposals for Combined Cycle Combustion Turbine Capacity and Energy Resources for ETI (“2026 ETI CCCT RFP”). The documents are available on the 2026 ETI CCCT RFP website, https://rfp.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2026eticcctrfp/Documents.htm.

To register for the 2026 ETI CCCT RFP, Bidders must submit a completed Bidder Registration Form and Bidder Registration Agreement via email to the Bid Event Coordinator (etirfp@entergy.com) copying the Independent Monitor for the RFP (“IM”) im_26eti_ccct@acciongroup.com by the Bidder Registration Deadline. Bidder Registration is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. CPT on February 26, 2026, and to be available until 5:00 p.m. CPT on March 5, 2026. Questions can be submitted to the Bid Event Coordinator, copying the IM, at their respective email addresses referenced above, throughout the Bidder Registration Period. Please review Section 6.2 of the Main Body of the 2026 ETI CCCT RFP before submitting any questions.

The Bidders Conference is scheduled for February 12, 2026; details will be provided to all registered bidders. To register for the Bidders Conference please email both the Bid Event Coordinator and IM at the email addresses referenced above no later than February 11, 2026.
